Our main office is in Illinois. However, our products are shipped from our warehouses all over the USA.
Are you an Authorized Dealer?
Yes, we are an authorized dealer for every brand and product that we have listed on our website. We have partnered together with the manufacturers and you will receive the full Factory Warranty when you purchase from outerprovisions.com.
When will my order ship?
Depending on the brand and warehouse location, your order typically ships out in 1-2 business days.
Once the order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number right away. You can then follow the progress from the warehouse to your desired location. *Please note that the tracking can sometimes take 12-24 hours to update*

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking information straight away.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to ship to a P.O. Box.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order 3 different ways:
Ordering online - Whichever product that you are interested in purchasing, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will take you to the cart page where you continue on to the check out page. Follow the directions and input the appropriate information for shipping and billing. If there are any problems, we will reach out to you.
Ordering by Phone - Give us a call at (888) 537-0070 and we can place the order and accept your credit card information over the phone.
Ordering by Email - If you'd like us to send you an invoice, send us an email at sales@outerprovisions.com including the product you'd like to purchase. We will send you an invoice and you can simply enter the required information to complete the sale.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on where our warehouse is located, domestic shipping typically takes anywhere from 1-5 business days. If the warehouse is located on the east or west coast, it may have a slightly longer travel time. However, the feedback we've received is that customers are typically pleased with the speed in which they receive their order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Outer Provisions will not charge you sales tax if you are outside of the state of Illinois.
